Week 1 - a little late.

So I'm actually quite surprised at how well I'm doing at this whole challenge
I have put myself up to. I missed 2 days last week but only because I was out all day on both of those days. Changing my eating habits has by far been the hardest. I'm not overeating, I'm just eating small portions of what I want to eat. And I'm tracking everything
I eat through the "my fitness pal" app on my iPad. I have seen a major difference in my stamina, which is really awesome. I haven't seen any visual differences in my appearance but I have lost an inch in my waist and both thighs! Woo!! I read online a bunch of people who did the workout, and all of them said they got really bored with the workouts. So, instead of doing level 1 for 10 consecutive days, level 2 for the next 10, then end with level 3, they alternated exercises every three days. With that, they said they got better results. So, I have been doing that and it's fantastic! I also gave myself Sundays to rest, so I guess I am doing this a little longer than 30 days!
